We aim to fulfil each delivery within 10 working days.
For any special requirements please insert your comment in the text box under the “ Payment Details” column before checkout.
A notification will be sent to your email after we have shipped your item out. It includes your item’s tracking number and further details.
Return & Refund
Hanavet Sdn Bhd strictly practices a No-Cash refund policy and therefore all refunds will be processed in the form of goods of equivalent value.
Returns are to be requested within 3 days upon goods received. The item to be returned has to reach us within 10 days after its delivery.

All returns via postage will be borne by the customers.
We are not responsible for lost parcels that are sent back for returns. Therefore, we recommend you send the parcel via an insured delivery service. As soon as your return arrives at our address, we will process it promptly and notify you once your case has been approved.

Non- refundable once item is delivered.
